These terms apply to use of the Magiels website and purchases through the store. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

Use of the store

Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.

Products

We aim to display descriptions, colours, sizes, prices and stock accurately. Screens and manufacturing variations may affect appearance. Images are illustrative and availability may change.

Orders and contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily acceptance. A contract forms when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. Before acceptance we may decline or cancel for stock, pricing or description errors, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. Any captured payment will be refunded.

Prices and payment

UK prices are displayed in GBP. Applicable taxes and the complete total are shown before confirmation. Standard UK shipping is free. Shopify and providers shown at checkout process payment. You confirm that you are authorised to use the method selected.

Discounts

Promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability and expiry. Unless permitted, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. Errors, fraud or abuse may invalidate an offer without limiting completed statutory rights.

Delivery

Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in approximately 5–7 further business days through Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked service. Dates are estimates. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and faults

UK consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for eligible distance purchases, plus our eligible 30-day return service. Faulty or misdescribed goods are covered by statutory rights. See the Returns Policy.

Accounts

Keep account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

Intellectual property

Original website design, text, graphics, logos and content are owned by or licensed to Magiels. Product names and third-party brands belong to their owners. Content cannot be commercially reproduced without permission or a lawful basis.

Third parties

Independent services and links may have separate terms. We do not control third-party sites.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where unlawful, including death or injury caused by negligence, fraud or statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for unforeseeable loss, consumer business loss, or failures outside reasonable control.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by severe weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, outages, government action or supply interruption, but will take reasonable mitigating steps.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. UK consumers may use the courts available under applicable law. Email us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
