Free UK standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after a processing cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Payment, fraud-prevention or address checks may be completed before dispatch.

Orders are sent through Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier selected according to parcel size and destination. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, carrier disruption, security checks, incorrect addresses and high volumes may cause delay.

Tracking

We email tracking information after dispatch where available. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate or update.

Address changes

Check your address carefully. Email contact@magiels.com immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help but cannot guarantee changes after processing starts.

Delivery attempts and collection

The carrier may use a safe place, neighbour or collection point under its procedures. Follow tracking and collect redirected parcels within the stated period.

Split shipments

An order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. No additional shipping charge applies to an authorised split shipment.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, delivery is outside the estimate, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and photographs where relevant. Keep damaged packaging until the investigation is complete.

Risk and ownership

Risk passes when goods are delivered to you or your nominated recipient, subject to consumer law. Ownership passes after full payment.
